Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or proof

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • The amount will be credited back through Razorpay to the original mode of payment.

  • Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Bulk or B2B orders unless found defective

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or mishandling by the customer


Replacement Policy

  • Replacements will be provided for eligible products at no additional cost.

  • Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
